Some recipe inspiration...

An easy healthy weeknight meal!  This whole meal is seven ingredients (not including spices and olive oil)! Just using what I had at home I made Pork Tenderloin with Fig Balsamic glaze, roasted garlic cauliflower and zucchini “zoodles.”  I used dried figs, balsamic vinegar and the juice of an orange and just added garlic and olive oil to my cauliflower before I roasted it in the oven at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes or until it was browned and a little crispy.  YUM!
